My newest build, 300aac blackout 9.5 inch BCM upper with a Surefire flash hider. The lower is a pre-94 I built out for this, added a Sig Romeo5, it shoots like a dream.
PTR 9R. Started off as a rifle then got the barrel chopped down.

I’m super OCD about any wiggles and haven‘t found an adjustable stock that hasn’t been wiggly. I then realized that all adjustable stocks will have a slight amount of movement to it, waiting to experiment with a LAW folder to add to this build with the fixed stock.
ah i see. keep in mind the law folder will add to the length of pull, roughly an 1"
I know that isn't the HK forend or the selector label. And doesn't look like a Zenith, the only clone I know off-hand. What is it?

My 11.5 and my 10.3 - still waiting on a DBAL-A3 and Geissele ACH for the 11.5, these damned holiday season shipping delays
That's a beautifully equipped pair of rifles. Getting a DBAL suggests you've got NODs, but no instant night vision button on your Eotech? Were you saving a few bucks by clicking down manually or did you have the optic before the NODs?
DBAL is going on the 11.5 with the T2 on it, but you're right that i did have the eotech before i got nods - may consider swapping it out for an exps3-0 but seeing as i never plan to shoot that rifle with nods, i dont know that its worth the time effort and money

Pulled out all my SBR uppers for a good cleaning tonight.
8.5 inch 5.56mm pistol gas PDW upper:

14.5 inch 5.56mm midlength piston upper (but soon to be pinned and welded for OAL):
If I build a few more uppers for a complete set, do I win a toaster or something?

This is gonna be a super duper mega thread once Uncle Joe makes all of our shit NFA items. 
Not nearly as fancy as much of the content in this thread - however with the availability issues of 300 Blackout recently, I'm OK that I went with a budget upper - aside from really wanting to swap out the handguard. Now I'm torn with what to do next...5.56, 9mm or .22???

I have been very happy with my 9.2 CMMG 22 upper.

I have a dedicated 7.5" upper with a CMMG bolt and its stupid reliable even with the weakest ammo. it eats anything. Kid loves to shoot it.
what length hand guard?
My Nordic Components 9.25" 22lr upper has served me well. Super well made and looks great.

It came on the upper from CMMG, its free floated and pretty solid.
the ones they sell now are M-Lock instead of keymod.

You’re probably going to have to go the CMMG route as the NC upper is rarely in stock. Unless you’re in no rush...
