The female poll worker checked my name and told me I was undeclared and which ballot did I want. She started to hand me a D ballot and I said "No, Republican."

She pursed her lips, winced and gave a very noticeable sigh of disgust. (No, I wasn't imagining it)

And this was in f---ing Ayer!
