Cite the law.
Never heard of such a thing.
Because the cops don't make the decision to charge him, the DA does.So why did they arrest the guy, dumbass? Why’d they charge him?

You do remember the law they just passed here right. Completely goes against the constitution, Bruen, Catano, heller. So why did they arrest the guy, dumbass? Why’d they charge him?
No, you made the statement, now back it up by citing the law you referenced from.MA law permits force reasonable to meet the threat. Look it up yourself.
How many seconds does it take to choke someone out ? Only a few correct ? That’s life threatening in some people.I'm not sure where the "He was looking for a fight" thing comes in.
The only person in the video engaging was the woman.
I went to a select board meeting a while back to protest a proposed development.
Should I have expected to get jumped from behind by a violent nutcase and stayed home?
Only a few correct ?
Why hasn't the attacker had multiple charges filed against him yet? Assault and battery, jaywalking, other stuff.
Is this your first day in MA. ?So why did they arrest the guy, dumbass? Why’d they charge him?

I've had some training but I'm sure as hell no Chuck Liddell .How many seconds does it take to choke someone out ? Only a few correct ? That’s life threatening in some people.
Read my post #893The point is that it’s not clear cut in MA. Where this happened.
Then spill the beans!! The brag is nothing without some proof.I think I know more about what went on than anyone in this chat. I have a great legal team.
I don't think you could say that. I was about to go somewhere 3 minutes from my house in a low crime rural area. I went back into my house grab my gun and then went on my way. I was thinking I don't need a gun but I couldn't go without taking it.
WHat if I believed I was unlikely to receive a fair trial? Why in the world would you leave the scene where you were perfectly justified in killing the attacker? The state has to investigate the killing. Fleeing the scene is about the stupidest thing you could do in that situation.
I'm going to drop this right here. I haven't watched it yet but I will go with what he says.

I agree with not going to known potentially dangerous places, but in today's society, Dangerous places are everywhere, just some more dangerous than others. People are killed in broad daylight in the middle of well occupied city streets. You missed the point. If I knew I was going to need a gun I wouldn't need a gun because I wouldn't be going there. I'm not a cop, so I don't have to go into dangerous places.
You're right. I bet most people who use a gun even cops are caught by surprise. I go to the town dump 50 times a year for twenty years, nothing ever happened there so do I let my guard down there? Going tomorrow morning to get of weekend trash, nothing should happen but....I agree with not going to known potentially dangerous places, but in today's society, Dangerous places are everywhere, just some more dangerous than others. People are killed in broad daylight in the middle of well occupied city streets.
If it gains me even half a chance to survive an attack ANYWHERE, by carrying a gun, I'm carrying it.
Rather not at my lawyers request. I will say I was there though. Then spill the beans!! The brag is nothing without some proof.
