He's kind of a c*** tbh. He must get bothered and asked all the time because that's exactly what he told me. "4 months" doesn't give you any specifics, he Can't be bothered to. That's only on the phone tho, in person or during the interview, he wasn't half bad. I've said it before I applied for my ltc on November 6th, 4 months is in like a week and a half so I'll have to be a thorn in their sides the day after march 6th lol

Wife's finally arrived in the mail on Tuesday. If she hadn't been persistent with factual information, I'm convinced Lowell would have dragged out even longer. I mean, they tried telling her it takes at least a month after they get the printed card from the state to actually activate it. Imagine that, needed a month to tap just a few keys on a keyboard. The horrors. I guess if you don't space it out like that, to many cops will have to go out on injury from carpal tunnel syndrome

Just an update. The state approved my license and it's currently being delivered to Lowell PD

Update: I just got my LTC. The PD called me and told me it is ready to pick up.
