Kahr CW9 with a Desantis Speed Scabbard on the belt holster. VERRRRY concealable. I sometimes carry my Tanfoglio Witness compact in .40 s&w with a Fobus paddle holster. Not very good for concealment lol.

How do you like the Hogue grip? I carry this in a Desantis Nemesis.

Oh, OK, thanks for the link. I have a Crossbreed holster that's great, easily the most comfortable IWB I've worn, but I don't like that it leaves makrs on the gun (worse holster wear than leather). If I could find a holster like that made completely out of leather, I might be in heaven.

What do you usually wear to cover that with? I like the look of that holster, but wonder how practical it would be.

What's the Crossbreed made out of?

just a T-shirt works fine. its very low profile.

The hogue grip makes a BIG difference. much easier to hang on to. it has a nice palm swell to it.

not sure how, but i dont have a single scuff or mark on my gun, i cant even figure out where the kydex makes contact with it

I've recently switched over from a Walther P99 to PPS in 9mm as my regular carry gun, and I had just cleaned up some guns after a range trip today, so here's a shot of my EDC rig (sans wallet).

The 9mm PPS (7+1 rounds) stays in a Milt Sparks VersaMax 2 horsehide holster trimmed in elephant on my right hip at about 4:00. It is secured on a 1.25" elephant hide belt from beltman.net.

Left pocket gets a spare 6-round magazine and my key chain. Key chain includes an 8GB USB flash drive which contains my important data and documents (encrypted), and a Fenix LOD Q4 AAA-lithium powered flashlight (people are amazed at the light it throws).

Right pocket gets my cell phone and a Victorinox Spartan Swiss Army knife. I make a habit of keeping the blades sharp and I typically use my pocket knife at least ten times a day. I have a whole box full of them.

I'm pretty happy with this carry rig - it's fairly light weight and not too bulky.

My newest rig for my 3" Model 29 CCW powerhouse, from Lobo Gunleather in Pueblo, Colorado. It is unbelievably comfortable and concealing. I threw on a polo for the pics just to show how much one can get away with using a good IWB holster:

Walk softly and carry a small gun...

Have been carrying my .32 Seecamp in a variety of Bianchi or Galco leather. Front Pocket, IWB, Push Up and Rear Pocket.

When i get a premonition that it might be dangerous to go outside, it's an AR or lever action carbine hidden in an 'inside the pant leg' scabbard. Tough to walk up a flight of stairs but otherwise very comfortable :{)

Most days i just leave the house like this:

HPIM2041.jpg

S&W 442 - Federal 38 sp 110 gr PD- Streamlight Nano- Kershaw Silver Spur- Bianchi ITP 'Suede' with belt clip- Bianchi speed strip- Maui Jims

And if your eyes aren't good enough, that says #1 Dad on the keychain...

Full size Rock Island Armory 1911 .45 in an infinity belt slide holster, on a a 5'10 230lb guy. Definatly does not work as a summer carry but the other 9 months of the year it is fine. Who says fat guys can't CCW a full size 1911? (and yes it's condition 1)

I find that this is easier to carry and conceal than my P239 in Kydex.
