The laser has been great for faster target acquisition, and has definitely made me a little more accurate. I wasn't able to zero at the recommended distance, though, because I don't belong to a range/club with that long a range. It does what it needs to do for me right now, though. I can't comment on low light shooting, because I haven't had an opportunity to train with it in that atmosphere yet. I'm sure it's going to do what I need it to do for home defense, should the need arise. My first Sig. I want to get my hands on the P224, now.
