Tavor X95 Malfunction Issue

I've been here for a while, I'm here every day but I post very little.
I see this over and over. I never dare ask questions because this is how it usually turns out.

I love how this forum flows. He stated that the charging handle would lock-up and he had to "mortar" the gun to clear the jam.
ONE guy mentions switching magazines which is NOT the problem at all, then everybody goes on to talk about magazines, ignoring the original problem posted.
A feeding device will not cause the gun to lock-up so badly that the rifle needs to be "mortared" to clear the chamber
Its most likely the ammo.

Can worn or out of spec mag present the next round at a funky angle, so it gets banged up and deformed just right to be stuck in the chamber? Seems plausible to me.

It might be gun or ammo related. But if you have your mags marked and lock-ups only happen with mag #X, you have your answer.

Just thought of something else:

Check the magazine catch hole on the magazine. The magazine catch on ARs(or X95s for that matter) are made out of steel. Jamming aluminum mags with force can cause the mag catch to open up the hole in the mag or even bend the aluminum a little bit. This can cause the mag to seat too high or at an odd angle, causing all sort of feed problems. This why instructors teach to yank on the newly loaded mag during reloads to avoid USGI garbage jamming up a perfectly good rifle.
