Yeah but fishing reels, tackle boxes, and razor sharp hooks are still good to go.

But how are they going to be able to comply w/ the safe storage regulations in the ups or fed ex trucks?! /sThere are plenty of smaller shops (not to mention individuals) around the country who dgaf about this stuff and have no problem taking our business and shipping into MA.
Here is a novel idea. Instead of writing a 116 page new gun control legislation in an attempt to pander to their woke supporters......how about enforcing the gun laws that are already on the books......you know.......against the criminals??
Nah....that is too radical an idea even for this Democratic Socialist Republic to even consider.

That would be against federal law.Man there are at least 1 or 2 ways a desperate MA resident could still get their hands on ASW after Aug 1 from out of state. Just have to be willing to go to the dark side ... In Minecraft obviously lolol
They don't - federal regulations override and Mass can shove it up their sand covered parts. But how are they going to be able to comply w/ the safe storage regulations in the ups or fed ex trucks?! /s
All they need is one locked compartment in each/some trucks that deliver known firearms. They don't - federal regulations override and Mass can shove it up their sand covered parts.
According to the new law, they can now use their glove compartment....All they need is one locked compartment in each/some trucks that deliver known firearms.
Not according to MA I don't think. A locked car doesn't count, for instance. Is not the entire vehicle/box a locked container by common definition?

The real question is how long does it take before certain NES members start posting "now banned" guns in the Classified for significant rapey prices?
So if it was a really big locking box truck and it had a smaller locking box truck inside the box of the bigger box truck it's fine per MA.

Locked? They can't even keep their doors shut!Is not the entire vehicle/box a locked container by common definition?
This movie scene has been the cause of much martial discord in my house... whenever my wife/kids are annoyed at me (a frequent occurrence) I start quoting Landfill's "fwus-tratng" line, much to their annoyance.
Looks like they are doing a little back-pedaling now.Just got this:
Good Evening,
The Department understands the need to provide access to Basic Firearm Safety courses to citizens of the Commonwealth seeking to obtain a license to carry a firearm. We are working with the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security (EOPSS) to clarify the statutory interpretation of the new firearms law. Regarding the basic safety firearms courses, and concerns related to the opportunity to obtain a License to Carry before the effective date of the law, individuals will not be required to take the new course called for under the law, including the live-fire requirement, until the law goes into effect. Please be advised that you are free to offer Basic Firearms Safety courses in their current format.
Please note, the Department will be sharing additional guidance as it becomes available.
Sincerely,
Kristin

Of course we have a better understanding. Every word of it is unconstitutional. Every word of it is against my natural rights. What a flustercuck. Nobody knows what they actually passed or what it means practically. I think NES probably has a better understanding than EOPSS at this point. Perhaps they should hire some of the experts here for consulting.
