$0.02 ymmv, but I was standing at the counter one day when one of the senior guys there took a call and I could hear his half of the conversation. It was from a guy in MA who was clearly emasculated by PRM laws asking what he needed to buy things there and use the range. The guy chuckled and said "we are in NH... show up with a drivers license and were good.... no really, that's all"
Not only is this a boiler plate for challenge of the AWB/ASFB, it even works around the potential of capabilities the founders might not have known about, i.e. the spring assist (semi-auto and larger capacities). Hummmmm! I was thinking of making up an imaginary address in NH to change my CC billing address so it was in NH, just like the UPS Store. Didn't think of using the UPS Stores address. Wonder how many bogus credit card statements they get a month from people doing this. I'm paperless already so this is a good idea.

That's weird. I bought magazines (30 rd Pmags) at the SS store not too long ago and they asked for nothing. No LTC. DL, nothing. I even asked, based on my experience at Shooters, if they wanted to see my LTC. They told me nope, nothing needed. Have a nice day.

Or rent some "commercial" space, I just moved my storage to a Com/ind zoned location that is nothing more that storage containers, and they have their own address. No services, just a mailbox on the street and a container in the yard.
My experience is also that they DGAF.
I bought a 226 legion there in 2017 and they shipped it to my MA FFL w/ 15rd mags without hesitation, other than a restocking fee if the gun was returned.
Loads of standard cap mags over the years as well.

I actually had a moment when I thought, "wow, maybe this will be a somewhat decent story" after hearing the lead in say something like "unintended consequences of the new gun laws", but no. It was Jim Wallace saying we're all confused, Day looking like King Douche, and the same vague oversimplifications of what the law actually does. Oh and the same "don't listen to biased interest groups that are trying to boost sales" line. Guess he doesn't know GOAL is the Gun OWNERS Action League, not the Gun SELLERS Action League.
Has anyone actually put together a simple "this is what the government/media says the new laws are, this is the reality" document? It would be nice to have something like that for the general public to try and clarify what the issues are.

Agree 100%. Either Baby Face Day really is that clueless about what the Legislature actually passed, or he's just doing that "repeat the lie enough times" and hope that naive, stupid liberals with zero knowledge of guns or MA gun law will believe him.
