If there're any raccoons in the area, that'll draw them in for sure. Fox hit it, too. The scent seems to draw the coyotes in, but they don't seem to be as fond of fish as those other critters are.Fish? Don't know why I hadn't thought of that.

My son has a buddy who has coon dogs.Last step in that "catch a chicken eating raccoon" routine is to now drop that trap in to the river for 5 minutes and then empty the contents.
