The judge gave the prosecutors a lifeline. I don’t know how legit it is. Supposedly shows Kyle pointing his gun first at Rosenbaum, I guess to make it look like Kyle started the whole thing. I don’t see it, but people who think he is guilty already will.

I don't know this is even admissible because it doesn't show anything that can be considered certain beyond a reasonable doubt standard.
It shouldn’t of been but the judge allowed it which is mind boggling, even after the “expert” stated he couldn’t guarantee that information wasn’t added to it.
And it doesn't even change anything for them. They're still going to do exactly what they were going to do before. Some of their idiotic, made-up reasons could be a little different.
Trillions of dollars have the capability of getting to a great many judges. Even upending Presidential elections.
