No you cannot. It is all part of applying for apprentice ticket etc. Maybe it is different now as opposed to 25 years ago, not positive. Not many tradesman coming up in the ranks and it is a job that pays really well.
Could be…they drug test now and if your an apprentice and fail a random you are kicked out never to return.Guys have a felony in their past so lets create hurdles for them to become gainfully employed. Sounds like a racket dreamed up by the unions to limit the labor pool
Nice ear plugs. Is there a much bigger one on his right bicep? Before the ADA objection and lunch.

I’m voting on a hung jury. There is just to many variables for them all to agree.
The only variable in play is how many cowards are on the jury. The case should have never been brought to begin with.
Sex offenders have levels, like video games?

Good thing he’s not in MA. Gotta pass a background check for a license. I wonder how that works? I don’t know anybody who’s licensed and has a felony conviction.Become a plumber and make an easy $150,000. Or more.
If the antics start before deliberations are over,... There are an awful lot of people who have zero understanding of self defense and how it works. If they vote to convict then chances are they will vote against their own self interests. Maybe they go their entire life without anything ever happening, maybe tomorrow is the day. ...
You gotta go before a board. You can get a license as a plumber with felonies. I don't know the mechanics of it but I do know a guy who the military wouldn't take because of "Too many felonies" who then became a licensed plumber.

Ya, see, 8 shots. Nobody needs more than 10.............Wait. What? Don't say that sh*t.I’m optimistic they’re decent people with decent minds and see what a joke it it. But you never know for certain what they’ll do. I hope in closing the defense hammers several points over and over.
The mob were the attackers all night and rittenhouse was a peaceful person and putting out fires and giving basic first aid to anyone injured
Rittenhouse exercised great control. He fired 8 shots, 4 in a fraction of a second into pedo and only after he was chased, cornered and had no other option. Pound the table about Richie McGinnis’s testimony, he was feet away and saw pedo grab for the rifle. And in each of the other cases, there were people very close to rittenhouse yet he never fired a single shot towards anyone who wasn’t attacking him. Grosskruetz testified rittenhouse didn’t fire when he had a gun in his hand and hands raised, rittenhouse only fired when grosskruetz pointed the gun at rittenhouse
And the times. The 4 shots were nearly instantaneous and the other shots where very brief and while rittenhouse was under attack and on the ground.
You know the defense is going to do things that are illegal and not within the courts rulings. Hopefully the judge stops those instantly
It is true. Background check to be a plumber? This can't be true
They'd just scream about "disparate impact" and insist on expanding "no fair demanding applicants' criminal records" to minority LTC applicants.Best part: The brainniacs on Beacon Hill haven't figured out that
the way to game the "no fair demanding applicants' criminal records" law (a.k.a. the Hardened Criminal Full Employment Act)
is to simply demand that the successful applicant obtain an LTC.
Holding out for them to unwittingly deny LO's/FRB from accessing criminal records. They'd just scream about "disparate impact" and insist on expanding "no fair demanding applicants' criminal records" to minority LTC applicants.
Background check sure. But are you prohibited from hiring someone with a record? Are they prohibited from seeking licensure? It is true.
Who was it and was he/she/s punished ? Threatening a jury on social media is one thing, but getting blagged taping jurors in the courtroom after the judge ruled no camera, is IMHO jury & witness intimidation ....IANALI’m an optimist with a good attitude and I say this kid is f***ed!
I forgot all about the jury taping. This shit should of stopped then. And how does that person get away with that!

Shouldn't matter where it was....Was it in the courtroom? I thought it was at a bus stop.
...which is why I say both judge and jury are compromised. It was outside the court, at the spot where they come into the building I believe. The judge said they were simply told to delete the video/pictures and "If it happened again" the phone would be taken and brought to the judge.
...which is why I say both judge and jury are compromised.
Grounds for mistrial if convicted....which is why I say both judge and jury are compromised.
Definitely- and the scumbag prosecutors convinced the judge.I don't understand leaving provocation in there.
Even if he did engage in provocation (he didn't), he was attempting to withdraw in every instance.

Imagine if he used fmjhp tracers.*frantically searching ammo warehouses for Hollow Point FMJ bullets*
Simple provocation,Even if he did engage in provocation (he didn't), he was attempting to withdraw in every instance.
Not in Wisconsin. In any situation where someone was truly the provocateur, when you run away over 10 yards, you’ve retreated and the other person cannot pursue you without them being the aggressor.
Then maybe the light from rioters' burning bodiesImagine if he used fmjhp tracers.
