Friend living just SW of Lewiston said there are choppers, planes, cars everywhere - huge manhunt.

Current Chicago Killed/Shot ratio is ~18%. This guy doubled that rate, likely due to the fish-in-a-barrel venue and training. ARs are not 100% lethal, despite popular media hype.

Cause the logic is the waiting period is the "cooling off" period for people who don't already have guns, got triggered all of a sudden and are hyper emotional and wanted to get a gun ASAP so they could kill someone. MAYBE with the cooling off period they'll be in less of a huff n' puff and reconsider their murderous plans.
