Active Shooter Situation in Lewiston Maine

How do some zoom session therapists get away with not taking insurance, cash only, and bill $250-300 to listen to a patient talk for 45 min?
Easy, they don’t have to contract with any insurance companies unless they want to. Billing insurance companies for services rendered is a job in itself. It’s easier for a therapist with a small private practice to bill on a sliding scale or flat rate.

Good luck carrying all that shit when you just wanted to go to the grocery store, though.
Fine, at least a SUB2K on a one point under your jacket so you have a long gun vs a bad guy with a long gun. I figure in times like these, there's a reason the cops use the same kind of big guns and kit we gifted the Taliban.

It’s more likely that he killed himself in the woods somewhere and they haven’t found the body yet, than he has the skills of Batman in disappearing. I suppose it could happen, but he would have had to plan his escape, and I don’t know if that guy was mentally in a position to do that.

I remember when that Gabby girl got killed by her boyfriend a few years back and they found his car at some Everglades entrance and people thought he planned this elaborate escape because he was a wilderness expert or some bs like that, when he just tapped himself and then his body was found a month or so later.
my thoughts exactly, this guy is leaning against a rock somewhere with a hole in his head

If a war should ever break out within the U.S., the media should be the very first entities eliminated.

I've said this many times. If / when the next "civil war" breaks out, we don't need AR-15s to take on F-15s and our military. We'll need these types of weapons to take out tyrants or other politicians who break their oath of office, their families, friends, and their enablers in media and big tech.

It’s more likely that he killed himself in the woods somewhere and they haven’t found the body yet, …

Yeah, he’s had a seemingly normal life up until recently. It sounds like he’s started having some schizophrenic episodes. As soon as he has a clear moment of thought, he’s going to realize the terrible thing he just did. And subsequently off himself. Who knows, maybe he still is in the wind.

WWIII about to kick off and they want to disarm us, that's pretty telling.
I’m pretty sure we will not be invaded in WW3. Our poodle shooters may help hold off hungry, desperate and rampaging refugees from cities that have been nuked. For a few days. After that, it’s a mess. If you survive the nukes.

This is why the media should NEVER be a trusted source of information. They are private entities, who profit from truth, misinformation and disinformation all the same.

If a war should ever break out within the U.S., the media should be the very first entities eliminated.
Get some sleep.

Sure but how often will you do that? Once, maybe. Then when you get home you will figure out its insane and not do it again. [rofl]

That has changed quite a bit over the past few years. There is a huge shortage of workers in that industry, so the pay has gone up quite a bit.
Pretty sure average cna pay is 20 bucks an hour and the benefits suck. Add clot shot mandates to that and it’s no wonder nobody wants the job.
Not to mention that half these old miserable pricks are constantly trying to play grabass with them every time they walk by.

Considering how many CEOs are now from all over the world and how they influence politics- sure it is all relevant.
They are so relevant, the country went from roughly half red 37 years ago to half green and no red. Most of that change in the past 15-20 years or so.

Yes, they are super relevant.

I get your point, these people donate money and hang out with politicians. But it is not all doom.

"Police took Army reservist suspected in Maine killings for evaluation after erratic behavior in July

18:40 , AP

A US Army reservist suspected of killing at least 18 people in Maine had been taken by police for an evaluation after military officials became concerned that he was acting erratically in mid-July, a US official told The Associated Press.

The official said commanders in the Army Reserve’s 3rd Battalion, 304th Infantry Regiment became concerned in mid-July that Robert Card was acting erratically while the unit was training at the US Military Academy at West Point in New York.

The official said military commanders became concerned about Card’s safety and asked for the police to be called. New York state police took Card to the Keller Army Community Hospital at West Point for evaluation, the official said.

The official was not authorized to publicly discuss information about the incident and spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity."

The army called and the police took him to a hospital for evaluation. Isnt that a disqualifier for gun ownership? This would show up on a background check wouldnt it ?

Story keeps changing. By anonymous officials.

Nothing to see here.

Pickup truck bed or trunk

Yes, thats practical and people already do it, but @G4Y4HK was suggesting people are actually going to carry that shit to go get a tank of
gas or something just because ONE guy is basically running from the law at this point, with a fully depleted/flaccid murderboner.

It appears there's no shortage of former FBI agents willing to tell the media outlets exactly what's happening. Scroll down the page:
