@Ranger007 Chasing the lands is an exercise in continual adjustment of the load. If he is using factory ammo, that’s just not something he should be considering. $0.02

I would say it does. You will know exactly what your rifle and ammo is capable of though
Roger I never indicate he could or should chase the lands with factory ammo.

FWIW, 5.56 is perfectly capable of 1/4 MOA all day long. There is nothing inherently inaccurate about 5.56 per the comment above. I’ve shot it at 1,000 when Granby could do that. I have three rifles that can currently shoot 1/2 MOA on a good day.
