The only place we might have a short term chance in actually in the Mass courts because of Canjura.
Federal courts in the 1st circuit are highly unlikely to offer any relief because guns

You can continue to buy basic 10/22 outside of mass assuming a free state dealer will sell to you. It will require an LTC. Non MA dealers are clearly not bound to the new "list" requirement. The new law does not make it unlawful for someone to acquire/possess an off list long gun that isn't an "ASW", it only inhibits a mass dealer's ability to sell one.

Maybe they're not so bad after all. You know what, let's stay the whole thing and see how it works out on the ballot. That's only fair."

There are many free states that already have signed legislation against any federal gun laws that go in that direction. If anything, that will grow to other free states if that nightmare scenario happens.

Once they control SCOTUS they will ban handguns and all semis. Free states can appeal, but to who, a stacked SCOTUS?

What we need is a mega thread listing all the out of state dealers that case to know enough to help sell us stuff.

Then a private convo about who in the state "will not comply."

I can totally believe that could happen!

I know that some folks here are upset that she doesn't take their calls personally. That's strange, because when I called her she spoke with me.

We had a nice chat, and while she didn't make any promises she did say that she would consider my viewpoints.
