After it’s deemed an emergency by Herr Mauron, do illegals, many which are criminals, still get to buy gunz outside the northeast and bring them in?

My opinion this is best realistic case scenario. Activists mobilize and get a ton of signatures on a petition. Governor says FU and signs the emergency whatever blatantly stomping on the people's rights. More ammo for a future court ruling.
Might not be what we all want but it's probably the best we could reasonably expect in the current situation
She’s going to wipe her ass with those messages.
The only place we might have a short term chance in actually in the Mass courts because of Canjura.Understood, from a practical enforcement standpoint, but from a legal risk to the state standpoint it seems to open them up to even more lawsuits by doing this.
You can continue to buy basic 10/22 outside of mass assuming a free state dealer will sell to you. It will require an LTC. Non MA dealers are clearly not bound to the new "list" requirement. The new law does not make it unlawful for someone to acquire/possess an off list long gun that isn't an "ASW", it only inhibits a mass dealer's ability to sell one. Most gun owners don’t know they can only buy a 10/22 up until 10/22.
Remember, if the Left holds the US Senate, takes back the US House and Harris wins......this crap will sweep the nation.
Until the Left stacks it.Yes, but it’s still backstopped by a right wing SCOTUS.

"Good. Right on Schedule. "Until the Left stacks it.
I sent in my email, hopefully they realize their own hypocrisy by attempting this end-around.
She knows we're the good guys...Could you imagine? "Shit, my intern just told me about another email begging me to stand down on the emergency preamble. Maybe I was wrong to spend the last decade plus battling those gun owners. Maybe they're not so bad after all. You know what, let's stay the whole thing and see how it works out on the ballot. That's only fair."
He’s open today? I might have to go over.I'm at Dean Safety right now. Just a handfull of folks. Parking lot is pretty full.
ok, and btw, this is a serious question, in other words: what if i pay for the live show, but then I preamble too soon? Money back yes or no?
Closed at 515.He’s open today? I might have to go over.
There are many free states that already have signed legislation against any federal gun laws that go in that direction. If anything, that will grow to other free states if that nightmare scenario happens.Remember, if the Left holds the US Senate, takes back the US House and Harris wins......this crap will sweep the nation.
Once they control SCOTUS they will ban handguns and all semis. Free states can appeal, but to who, a stacked SCOTUS?There are many free states that already have signed legislation against any federal gun laws that go in that direction. If anything, that will grow to other free states if that nightmare scenario happens.

What we need is a mega thread listing all the out of state dealers that case to know enough to help sell us stuff. You can continue to buy basic 10/22 outside of mass assuming a free state dealer will sell to you. But which one?Nah id rather keep this between chris and I
That’s super-convenient. Especially for MA dealers.
