Emergency Preamble to be signed Weds?

The 16" glock secret? Sure. That is possible. But the actual frame transfer version is not out. No one has correctly described how to do an actual frame transfer on a glock under the new law. There are a lot more requirements on a MA Dealer than being on the roster...
I still cant figure out what the old way was.

I described it correctly but I am still to many only 3/5th of one so I understand why I don't count.

Is this the secret? It's a meme, so just like dogecoin tweet, this doesnt count in the court of law.

It was never a "new" requirement. Federally to devolve guns (eg, into a frame) you always needed to be an 07.
And if a 01 turned pistols into frames they do not survive their first audit. Pre-Biden they would survive with a stern talking to and warnings, but under Biden I suspect it constitutes willful violation of the law and would result in revocation of their FFL.

So, what do you do?

Buy a frame for $300 and pay another $300 in a separate transaction for the upper?

Do I have to leave the shop first with the frame and come back with a wig?
You’ve been here since 2006 and still continue to ask the dumbest questions and post the stupidest shit. If you took a 1/4 of the time you post and just spend it reading instead, you probably wouldn’t come across as the village idiot.

Ok, don't answer my question.

Enlighten me and show me where on NES it has the rules and procedural steps of "The Frame Game".

It's secret knowledge that nobody seems to admit to.

The most I learned on the subject was from the Boston Globe article on The Mill. That article was the best thing that ever happened to the Mill. Once word got out to the public everyone started to go there.

If it's such common knowledge and Marsha knows all about it - why can't we talk about it?

@CrackPot alluded to some of it but it's a bit hard to understand. Toby is still trying to figure it out. GOAL says it's illegal. Something about funneling Glocks through multiple FFL's? Very confusing.

I know I'm only part retarded but the other 1% is genius.

Was it? Your entire post is sus.
Law of unintended consequences.

The whole state, who may not have known how to get AR's or Glocks, was told to go to the Mill where dealers were happy to sell them.

For years the Mill was a hotbed of gun sales to people who may not have known about how to get those guns.

Dealers at the Mill followed the letter of the law and passed all their inspections despite was was implied by the Globe.

The Globe said that some dealers were working in tandem with each other to sell frames.

Since the dealers all past their inspections and nobody got busted - why can't they say how to do it?

Marsha and her minions all know they game so who are they hiding from?

I don't own more than a couple guns so I never bought a Glock.

It's no secret who WAS selling new Glocks before 8/1 as they all advertised on NES and Arms list.

So, I don't think any trade secrets are being let out.

You knew the guns were being sold so if you wanted one you just drive to the mill and put your money on the counter.
Why do you care what the process is if as the buyer you are at zero risk in the transaction?

Because if I knew how it was done before 8/1, I could use that information to find a loop hole in the new law and we could all get more new Glocks.

The new law has so many holes and inconsistencies there must be a way to still get new Glocks.

If not maybe there are some chinks in the armor to file a lawsuit on some technicality.

The petition was a great idea but Marsha put the kibosh on it.

I guess we'll have to wait till the other 2a organizations put their suit together.

Ok.

I read you loud and clear.

Loose lips sink ships.

I'm not in the market for guns anyway.

I don't think I revealed any secrets since I don't know anything beyond what I read in the Globe.

I'll let the NES pro's handle all this.

You are right though...

I don't need to know the details on the game.

If I wanted a Glock, I'll put the money down and mind my business.

Why do YOU need to know the process?
It's an FFL process that has absolutely zero to do with you.
Once the gun is in your hands you are free to transfer it without an issue with Mass since the roster shit only effects dealers.

And if all you know is what you read in the Globe after all of the very detailed info posted here then you deserve your reputation.

This is a great quote, actually.

100% this.

Once you've done a bunch of buying and selling here, you do start to get a sense of what kind of FTF seller you don't enjoy dealing with. One of my least favorites is what I call the "junior FFL," who is so overcautious that it just becomes a headache. They seem like the kind of people who pull into the left lane and obstinately drive the actual speed limit "because that's the Law."

Even in MA, a gun transaction between a knowledgeable buyer and seller who've done some EFA10s before? Doesn't need to take more than five minutes, literally. A "junior FFL" usually takes more like half an hour. No thanks.

I feel like Reptile (with whom I've happily done deals in the past, and from whom I've gotten no weird vibes while doing so) is starting to ask the kinds of questions that a "junior FFL" would ask. I suspect this new law is creating more Nervous Nellies than even I was afraid of. Bummer.

I sold one Glock that I can remember in the past 20 years on FA10.

I have no interest in selling another as they are all buried.

I'm keeping all my Noveske's now. They are worth more to me than $3,000.00. NES ridiculed me and made me feel sad. For the next few years, we have what we have and will not be able to get anything else. In the past month people wanted to buy them. They are worth their weight in gold now so that is what I'll sell them for now if I had the time to meet.

With a nation wide ban which may come in the future - those lowers could be worth $10,000.00 each in Massachusetts. They are now stored off site in a secure room in a fireproof vault.

We might get some finality on the "guidance" for the new law. That would make the price go up even more.

It was a fun ride buying guns and digging holes all these years. Collecting mags was great but now I can't even bring them outside.

Kamala will be the next president, the court will get packed, anti judges will all me installed in the lower courts.

Crime will go through the roof with all the millions of illegals on their way.

Sad.

Uhhhhhh... no? Not only is there no reasonable probability of a "nation wide ban," there is also no reasonable way anyone in MA is likely to pay $10k for those.

Sure you can.

Just do it.
