Have to wait until the big sign dissapears, looks like a warm up this week.No detail cop and no men or equipment. It looks like they're done for the season and the Whitcomb Ave end is open.

And they are going to get the water where?Went to the club today by way of Whitcomb and this is what the detail cop told me. The plan is to work until Christmas then stop until spring. Start again and go all the way to 111, then go to Boxboro and connect so the people with wells can have town water.
The only response to anyone who wants to take club land is "come and take it" - and I don't mean with lawyers. Stack up or f*** off .Maybe they plan to get the water from the wells they put in on the land they steal from the gun club.

I’d vote to move them out beyond the entry gate.Well, that's pretty nuts, maybe they should go back to the 5 yd range
Its all the same aquifer, there was a good well down by Amazon, a short hop to the treatment station in Littleton. And they are going to get the water where?
Hmmmmm
Actually, in review, one board is pretty crappy, has a giant knot right almost in the middle, will source some replacements just in case. Overall it feels much flatter than the prior bridge.I'm guessing accidental due to severe flinch. I'm also guessing bullet holes in the shed were not accidental. You can only see a small piece of it through the trees, and that's exactly where it was hit.
Out of curiosity as I was invited to go tomorrow, are 9mm PCCs allowed in the indoor range? I don’t see anything specific about PCCs in the rules aside from no centerfire rifles.
Would like to take my MP5 clone with an 8” barrel if it matters.
That seems like a rule that should be changed...A PCC is a centerfire rifle and not permitted at the indoor range.
9mm PCC is in the same ballpark as 357mag when it comes to velocity, and thus backstop wear.A pistol caliber carbine might have a bit more velocity but it's still a pistol cartridge. I understand the exclusion though. Some moron who can't tell a rimfire or PCC from a rifle will think it's fine to shoot a rifle.
Maybe if you're comparing an 18" 9mm to a 3" .357 but neither should do significant damage to the backstop.9mm PCC is in the same ballpark as 357mag when it comes to velocity, and thus backstop wear.
Shoot outside like a man. Plenty of covered ranges. You won't melt.Out of curiosity as I was invited to go tomorrow, are 9mm PCCs allowed in the indoor range? I don’t see anything specific about PCCs in the rules aside from no centerfire rifles.

One pair of gloves for shooting, another pair on the defroster warming up for standing around between drills.I always shoot outside but it has nothing to do with being a man. I don't like the concussion and I don't want to breath all that crap. In fact, when it's real cold, I thaw my fingers on the defroster. If it's that cold, there's no one there to see what a sissy I am.
