Help Me Crack This "Safe"- Pew Pew Inside

The trick to jiggler keys is the tension. You can overtorque them and jam the lock, and you have to turn the cylinder back out of tension and jiggle it a little to free the pins. You put finger tight pressure and use mostly a rocking motion with very slight up and down. You're trying to randomize the cut depth until it grabs. When it unlocks make sure you keep turning the core and don't let it reset.

You can also use an automotive dent puller to yank the core. Just impact gun a hardened steel machine screw, washer, and nose of the tool into the core and yank it out clean. You might bend the cabinet though.

The title of the thread said "Safe". Unless the OP is trying to save the gun cabinet, drill out the lock. I've done it a few times, takes about 2 minutes.
I chose the word 'safe' rather than gun cabinet because I wanted NES-ers to at least read the first post before revoking my man card. And I think that was good judgement on my part because after all the helpful responses, I can see that "Help Me Crack Open this Stack-On" is pretty much the same as "Help Me Open this Stubborn Zip-Lok Bag".

I'll put the word "safe" in quotes.

It has an external piano hinge. Just drive the long ass pin out.
I was thinking about that, but the probability of me getting the pin back in is only slightly higher than the probability of me finding any of those AR detent springs that went into orbit.

Hole saw through back. Remove nut holding lock bar with socket on an extension. I lost the key to one of mine. That’s how I opened it. Minor damage easily repaired. Bought new lock with new keys. Used now to store ammo and other supplies.

The set of jigglers like the one that worked in the video won't deliver until next Friday. We'll all be on the edge of our Eames chairs in anticipation.
Why? You still won’t have the key and opening it will be a PITA every time. Just drill the damn lock, then you can replace it if you really want to keep that POS.

pls post the outcome.
my kid had a lockpicker tool set when he played with it, and got surprisingly, i would say, good with it.
I have the lock pick sets feom my dad when he was the electrician at the state house. The “master” key did not always work so out came the pick set.
Tool him about 4 drags of the cigerette.
Way back when smoking anywhere was A OK
