This guy sucks: 2.5 min of ads, spends 4 minutes reading the statement, and says nothing. Can't believe he has as much of an audience that he does.
One is better off reading the J. Thomas opinion for 5 minutes then spending 12 min with this dolt.
Use your brains and read what SCOTUS writes you will have a better understanding
It's true. I like Jared, but he was a whole lot better and much easier to watch back in his good old Massachusetts days. 🤔

Bumping this for grandfathering.

Also, I was at a gun store, and overheard a friend of a cop's cousin say that they are adding another line to this. It will limit transporting of more than two firearms at time.

WTF?

And you cannot trust ANYTHING you hear from a cop or gun shop...

ETA: Especially a friend of a cop's cousin at a gun shop, 4x fail... lol

I heard it’s two per person. And three if it’s an electric vehicle as part of the green new deal initiatives. So you could have an electric mini van with six people and that will get you up to 18 guns vs. only 12 if it was gas powered.

I heard from a cousin who's friends uncle is a cop is that if you have pink panties and have a butt plug you can transport 4 guns....

Can someone explain this to me like I'm driving alone and wearing two masks?
Good news? Somewhat good news? Mixed? Bad news?
Zero news
The court has made it clear that they will NOT touch any 2A cases until they have a final opinion in the circuit courts.
If the 7th screws the pooch on this we will likely see SCOTUS take it up and toss out AWBs 5:4 but still get a wishy washy description of what is and is not protected (AR good; M16 bad)

BUT...

BUT...

IF you DON"T have a butt plug - you can transport 5 guns instead of 4 WITH a butt plug.

God help you if you have an exposed hammer.

Let us know how that works out for you............ on second thought, keep it to yourself.

I will say since this bill was announced the used gun market around here has been great, seen a lot of nice stuff. I guess a lot of folks are selling their iron and wood guns to finance cooler stuff.

Not sure if entirely serious. 🤔 As one who prefers "iron and wood" over plastic, I'm not seeing much difference, at least in the used handgun marketplace. The trend for quite a while now has been aging/dying/dead boomers downsizing or otherwise cashing out of their collections... but demanding top dollar and then some. Premium collectible guns with attractive "priced to sell" prices are damn few and far between in my experience. :(

On the other hand, I'm sure that sales are still great at the Mill and elsewhere in view of what's soon coming at us. It's "get what you want now" because banned forever is a very long time.

And just remember... Once the Legislature and Maura screw us over to the absolute max, revolvers are going to be GREAT again. [cheers]

Absolutely serious, at least down my way I've seen much more in the way of revolvers, old semi-auto pistols and more traditional style long guns. Sure, there's always going to be supply of dead guy guns coming in but in the last year it seems to have increased quite a bit. Shit, probably half of what I own are dead guy guns!

Now I get it! You have cornered the market on the best deals in MA for dead guy guns. [laugh]
