YepSo does this mean I can sell my pre 94 lower for Reptile prices?
Your starting bid is apparently $2,999.Yep
How much, I’m in
They only care about 70% of their voters, who are democratsEven with those features it’s not an “assault weapon”
It’s absolutely unreal that elected officials or as people like to call them “lawmakers”
Would need to have the amount of laws they are violating with this bill pointed out to them
The one thing they are experts in, and they pretend to play dumb.
This meeting had to just be theater because clearly they don’t care about the law or the constitution.
This post got my curiosity up, so I checked the Reptile pricing. Wow! Maybe Reptile will get stuck with them like some of the people that bought up all the toilet paper at the beginning of Covid. So does this mean I can sell my pre 94 lower for Reptile prices?
I'm listening
Toilet paper never goes bad, and is used daily. Can't say the same for a lower that is the budget offering of the line-up but priced 12x higher. This post got my curiosity up, so I checked the Reptile pricing. Wow! "Investment grade"Toilet paper never goes bad, and is used daily. Can't say the same for a lower that is the budget offering of the line-up but priced 12x higher.
Used to be a cartoon, 'There ought to be a law' made fun of this crap. people with no understanding of what they're talking about making laws because they can.Even with those features it’s not an “assault weapon”

I was thinking the wedding scene from Caligula. Ouch! But this is more, hmmmm, pinchy.......
Lol I was googling 1998 antique law for like 20 minutes. I knew the 1899 antique thing. That's how I got my Colt Navy shipped straight to my door.I meant to type "1898," but it might be 1899.
Either way, no AR will ever qualify as an "antique firearm" as per BATFE.
When Jacques was in power she stated she did not seek or want votes from gun owners. They only care about 70% of their voters, who are democrats
So no more 3D printers or CNC Machine for anyone or just gun owners? HMMM.Holy smoke. They're banning CNC mills.
That's the point we're getting at. Anything post 94 is now going to be banhammered, worst case scenario, or middle road - anything post 2016 is banhammered - or the dream weaver - they realize their mistake and repeal the MA AWBBetween 2005 and 2016 I bought about 15 ak47s in different configurations and calibers. All were Efa10'd by the dealer whom I bought from. When Healey pulled her shit in 2016 I had a pending form1 with the ATF for a slr107cr. The atf held up that approval for 9 months while waiting for guidance from the state of MA. It finally got approved 12/2016.
The state of MA knows what I have and where I reside and I sleep very well at night. They aren't knocking on my door looking to arrest me. All my AKs are fully MA AWB Compliant (as it is currently defined)
This was covered on page 2.So no more 3D printers or CNC Machine for anyone or just gun owners? HMMM.
Everything will be grandfathered. I'm not worried. That's the point we're getting at. Anything post 94 is now going to be banhammered, worst case scenario, or middle road - anything post 2016 is banhammered - or the dream weaver - they realize their mistake and repeal the MA AWB

And If for some reason it's not, I'll sell my non preban rifle collection and pay cash for a new 2024 zr1 corvette.
The SC can no longer be trusted to do what’s right.Isn’t the ultimate question here whether it will go into effect? Won’t the state be sued by NRA or another organization and this will sit in court?
Unenforcable. 1A violation for NebraskansI read the whole thing. The wording in that section seems overly broad to me. I was not aware there was a specific machine they were attempting to ban.
This is the part where I read it as kind of any CNC mill.
Also, the banning information part is interesting. If someone in Nebraska posts CNC or 3D print files for a receiver and someone in MA downloads them, the person in Nebraska seems to be in hot water.
This happened to me several times ca. 2014 because another "me" by name was indicted and later convicted for crazy felony-level stuff. It finally went away about 2 years ago. I was almost in UPIN territory. It you’ve been subject to an involuntary three day hold(Sec 12), it is now a prohibitor.
You made that on the trigger pin retainers alone !Everything will be grandfathered. I'm not worried.
And If for some reason it's not, I'll sell my non preban rifle collection and pay cash for a new 2024 zr1 corvette.
SC won't take our case because there is no conflict between the districts that have heard AWB cases. Why? Because the districts that have to hear them are anti-2a by design. 1st, 7th, and 9th districts are all liberal courts. The AWB states won't enforce the rules in light of Bruen because they don't want to end up in court. Shops will stop selling the weapons and mags and the moonbats get the effect they want. The SC can no longer be trusted to do what’s right.
When the courts are lost, so is the Country.
It was nice while it lasted.
Someone will sue, no injunction will be granted, it'll go to the 1st circuit who will deem it to be constitutional once again.Isn’t the ultimate question here whether it will go into effect? Won’t the state be sued by NRA or another organization and this will sit in court?
Then it will go to SCOTUS who will also still deny it because they don’t like to get involved with cases that are on interlocutory appeal.Someone will sue, no injunction will be granted, it'll go to the 1st circuit who will deem it to be constitutional once again.
Not sure how apt a comparison that is. After all, at the end of those day it was still toilet paper and they're going to need to use it eventually anyway. This post got my curiosity up, so I checked the Reptile pricing. Wow! Maybe Reptile will get stuck with them like some of the people that bought up all the toilet paper at the beginning of Covid.
Welcome to Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua. The MA state line bisects the southern parking lot and part of the internals of the mall itself. If a NH resident gets in a fender-bender outside of Buffalo Wild Wings, and the responding Tyngsboro cop sees a mag on the seat, Mr. NH is going to jail...Totally Agree--
Leaves way too much open for interpretation. One could argue, the city of Springfield has control over their roadways, or town green- therefore can make it illegal to conceal a firearm while driving or occupying these areas. How would a resident of not only Springfield, but a neighboring town be aware of this ordinance? What is the expectation- to put up no gun allowed signs where municipalities make up regulation and spelling all them out verbatim? I see my 9mm sidearm not allowed on the list- Am I then to turn around, disarm and store my firearm in my vehicle parked on the street that the city controls? I’m guessing I’ll have to go home and hope I don’t take any wrong turns anywhere where I can commit a felony.
