Fudd semi auto shotguns with 5rd tubes are good to go. But non-fudd semi autos with extended tubes are not. Cheers to slam fire trench shotguns and pistol grip pumps.
After 8/1, a big maybe. I’ll go with what GOAL says. Four Seasons says no and I doubt you’ll find any after this weekend.

And we have the special Firearms Board picked by legislatures to fix any “loopholes”.

First off, my brother is gay, and I have absolutely zero issues with that and will openly support and defend him. I do have an issue with gender pretenders. You can't decide what you identify as when you want and get offended when others live in reality and see you for what you really are biologically. Biology is permanent! I don't believe trans people would help anything as far as voting because the population of them is so incredibly small. The second amendment is a right not to be messed with; it says so in plain text. I look back on history, and the lack of balls in our society today makes me very disappointed, to say the least. Even on here, people asking what they can do to comply and asking the state if you can lube up before taking the government's D is really bothering me. The best advice is DO NOT COMPLY. If you can't stand up for your rights, what can or do you stand for?

Starting with "but I have a gay/black friend/brother/uncle and I don't have a problem with him, but..." is the same as "I support the second amendment, but..." It's bullshit weasel-wording.

Why do you care even a little bit what someone else calls themself? That's a serious question. We're not talking a surprise "Crying Game" situation here, they literally have zero overlap with you.

I don't care what's in someone else's pants or how they dress or if they want to be called "Tony" or "Tanya" None of my business. Unless you're getting naked with them, or their doctor, it's none of your business either.

CMP decided before all this BS to not send handguns to MA
My gut says they will just forget about MA all together and not ship anything even though some of the top winners or contenders at cmp matches are from MA

Completely f***ed up in my mind
All the time and money wasted in this shit and this state is kicking out homeless people in shelters to house more homeless people WTF really
All the homeless kicked out should just storm logan and refuse to leave.

So why are all these stores posting that they will stop sales after 8/1? I thought unless there was an emergency order that this will take 90 days to go into effect. So let’s say on 10/1, I buy a fancy new Glock, an AR and a semi auto shotgun. Shouldn’t I be good to go until 11/1 as they are and at that point have the option of making them “compliant” with the new terms or (and this is a big or) move or store them at my cottage in NH?

This sucks so even things that weren’t banned before like berettas, some sigs, mini-14s etc. are now banned? That’s despotic AF
Well they're not possession or buy banned but dealers aren't supposed to sell anything that's not on the list. Assuming the deal is actually obey it basically there are entire classes of guns that can't transit a dealer which is pretty f***ing terrible.

I’m wondering this as well.

I think there is a way it’s doable. But not 100% sure.

Since you own the lower. Know what length barrel you want. Its legal (the lower) to own today and 90 days at least before you need a (new type of) registration

Thoughts?

I just did one of these through Randy at Dean Safety (assuming y'all mean the SP5). Whole process including compliance work and ATF eForm1 approval took less than a week. According to him, once you pay for the receiver, you're good, that's your purchase date, regardless of how long ATF takes or any other delay. Now I'm just deciding if I'm going to assemble those parts before 8/1 or not...

I like the sound of this, but I feel like it is just delaying the inevitable. You put this on the ballot in a state like MA and it's going to get voted in. It also gives the legislators the argument "see, the people want this, they actively voted for it". It might also give them the opportunity to unf*ck it a little and weaken our argument about how restrictive it actually is.

If you have a cottage in NH you should just be ignoring this thread because it doesn't matter for you at all. 🤣 Or, barely. Only the "possession banned" stuff will matter. Like you don't want a post 8/1 AR AK etc. here. Of course determining what actually is "fully" banned here after 8/1is a whole other exercise that's frankly mind numbing.

NES NH House group buy?

I’m away on vacation and this $@%* has ruined it.

I’ve got some AR’s (all from before 2016) that I want to make sure my 23 & 25 yr old sons (both have Class A) get when I check out off this rock, or get too old to shoot. Guess I’d have to transfer them as soon as I get home next week 🙄

So all semi-autos are AW under this new law? If not, what guns cam be sold besides the obvious revolvers, bolt-action rifles, pump shotguns etc.? What can dealers sell now?
The issue is they changed the definition of firearm to include all guns but did not update the roster requirements to reflect only handguns.
So once passed only guns on the roster can be sold - and only handguns are on the roster.
Bye bye rifles
Bye bye shotguns

If they are pre 7/20/16 then they will become preban - no issues with transfers or sales as long as they listed in the transaction portal

So if we were to prioritize something before 8/1 and the 90 day grace period for dealers it would be rifles and shotguns and pistols not on that list?

Yeah. That seems to be the consensus.

So maybe the unintended consequences of this is why mura has not signed it?

You know she is salivating to sign it. She realized too late they went too far?

OR There is no LEO exemption?

Thinking out loud

Better yet how about saving some of that gun money to fund one of the better lawsuits that will come out of this BS.

Another horrible side effect of this if somebody gets whacked with a restraining order and a dealer has to take the guns there's no chance of the guy getting most of his shit back even if it's boring, unless there's a cutout in the law for that.
