Never get involved with the Massachusetts DOR they will do what ever they can to screw you, and take no prisoners. This has got to be the most ruthless government agency in Massachusetts. I have a story to tell, however it is too long a story and this is not the post to tell it.
Yep. The law be damned. They will just extort you anyway.

Do youi sell you home for a fair markup or the maximum you can get in the market? Or does that sort of behavior only become price gouging when someone else does it?

That smells an awful lot like logic. What kind of commie bastard are you and why do you hate America? (sarcasm)

A market always has two parties. "Price gouging" arguments make one sound like free-sh*t-army soldiers.

Probably his basement?
Yeh... the roster only affects what dealers can sell "i don't care about the roster" only matters if you're going to sell me a new glock from your shop. If that's not the case, then stfu about how much you don't care about something that doesn't apply to you.

Bigred460, where's your shop, i'm looking for a gen 5 non mos g19

Depending on how fast you want to sell, I'd say. I'm just giving a warning that people need to be prepared to pay for what you want.

Late to the party… any chance someone who has a great breakdown of the bill can put the Lehmans terms here?

This simpleton reads it as red flags being “enhanced,” ghost guns, and no more LE exemption?

Also going to require their own “right to carry” clause that was essentially shot down in Bruen?

🤷🏻‍♂️

GOAL has a summary on their homepage. Some parts are still open to interpretation. That's the best you'll get for now.

Not sure what a defunct investment bank has to do with it, but maybe it's new lingo I'm not aware of (I understand it autocorrected layman to Lehman).

Thank you sir. Much appreciated.

Mill was as busy as I've ever seen.

Was pretty crazy. I bumped into a well know nes member and just hung with him (as he was in line, no I did not cut as i did not buy anything and was helping a friend pick up a hold item) as getting into a line was not worth it.

I ended up going elsewhere after and buying what I wanted to have transferred into ma. I’ll make an appointment to do the paperwork and pick up the frame.

She needs a short mustache to match the haircut and facial features.

I guess you missed it at the 2016 State House rally

Gun owners angry at Maura Healey: 'This has gone national'

I usually tell them that’s exactly where they’re headed and I typically get the “oh that is ancient history. That will never happen again.”

And they were too busy wearing masks on the couch during lockdowns and only Walmart and Home Depot OK to venture to, and then lined up for the mandatory experimental jabs to keep from getting fired. But it’s ancient history now until they get informed they have a heart condition, cancer, or some weird ass disease they never heard of before.

Funny how we have all the Jew hate in 2024 isn't it?

Looks like the politicians missed good old Article 17:
"The people have a right to keep and to bear arms for the common defence. And as, in time of peace, armies are dangerous to liberty, they ought not to be maintained without the consent of the legislature; and the military power shall always be held in an exact subordination to the civil authority, and be governed by it."

I'd say the most important objective they achieved was the criminalization of public "bearing" of standard capacity feeding devices.

The citizenry of the Commonwealth now cannot appropriately arm themselves for a public (read: potentially violent) redress of grievance with The State.

This was also the goal of the King's troops as they set out for Lexington and Concord to sieze the Colonial's store of powder.

How is this going to work? MA will require all guns to be serialized.
You build a gun at home, as the Fed allows. Now MA wants it serialized, but the Feds want nothing to do with it because you are not an 07 FFL. So MA will need it's own process and database for issuing and tracking serial numbers. And then what happens if/when that MA serialized gun gets sold out of state. The serial number isn't real to the Feds, it's not in their database, but it's now going to show up in the bound book of an 01 FFL.

Does the GOAL summary say that ARs registered after 2016 are illegal on 8/1?
The 2016 enforcement decree of “copies and duplicates” does.

22LR and preban or fixed mag were the only allowed. This crap looks to codify it with the two date discrepancies Goal pointed out.

The non-copy Tavors etc, Mini14, Springfield Armory M1 (308), etc OK during the Federal ban were ok post 2016 but now banned with this semi-auto ban.

Last call my man. Shops are being cleaned out as we speak/read.

⁹True fudds DGAF because in all the gun laws past in the past 50 years have not touched their pump action shotgun and revolvers. The last hard bitch I heard from teue FUDDs was the lead shot ban on waterfowl. No of those fudds are even Duck hunting if hunting at all.
What! Most NES members have a pump shotgun and a revolver. Your post makes no sense.

Honestly, I think that most of us just want to be left alone to live our lives and not have our freedoms, and property taken away.
The legislature and others in positions of power know this and they don’t care. All they care about is the acquisition of more power and the ability to control you. This necessarily and automatically conflicts with your desire to be left alone and not have your liberty interfered with and your property taken from you.
