Seriously. If you understand taxes you understand that the amount you get back from charitable contributions is very small. The Trump Tax cuts put real cash in middle class Americans pockets.

Yes, but "accidentally" is the wrong word.Didn't a Mass list get leaked accidentally about a year ago?
Lol @ "accidentally"Didn't a Mass list get leaked accidentally about a year ago?
After I posted, I remembered I forgot to put quotes in it...lolYes, but "accidentally" is the wrong word.
Who will have a LOWER compliance rate, MA or IL with these laws?

I would love for someone to post here when the NRA talks about what is going on in MA in one of their magazines or whatever they send people now.
I am serious, I want to see what they have to say about MA. It seems they always talk about other States.
looking for something a tad more useful for guidance.Gunz bad, none fur u!
What you may have makes you a felon.
Wait by the door. The bus will be by soon to take you to Concord MCI.
I will guess IL. The Midwest is a different world.
Goal is working on it as fast as they can. They will have as Plain a language as Possible.looking for something a tad more useful for guidance.
Essentially a plain language breakdown.
Reading the GOAL summary of the "greatly expanded" Red Flag laws is jaw dropping. Who can file, basically anyone. This is where 'the man' gets an uninvited Mass State pass to enter into your house without a warrant search and seize all your firearms enter your house and look for non-compliance. I could tell you from hard experience that the court is willing to accept anything that the PoPo say is non-compliant, and you will be charged accordingly. In my case a .17HMR Volquartsen target rifle was quoted in court to be an assault rifle. I encourage you all to read the GOAL Red Flag summary very carefully.
the actual bill said:...a provider who has provided health care services to the respondent within the preceding 6 months;
Says the guy criticizing people who post on a forum by posting on a forum...If people spent 1/20th of their time calling/emailing their reps/senators, showing up for hearings or doing something useful other than posting on a forum this may have had a slight chance of not moving forward. Going online and ranting about it after the fact does absolutely nothing other than make people feel better.
You reap what you sow.....................
Lot of that going around today.........Says the guy criticizing people who post on a forum by posting on a forum...
I can't imagine how liberal her replacement could be right now in this political climate. There are progressive groups actively pushing Sotomayor to retire now.
Thanks, will keep a lookout.Goal is working on it as fast as they can. They will have as Plain a language as Possible.
The senate bill was passed as an amendment to the house bill, so the number both chambers are using going forward from here reverts to the house number.EDIT 2:
I'm talking about the SENATE bill, S.2572, not the House bill, HD.4607. The GOAL link above is about the House bill.
I will say I was surprised when they had someone from the NRA testifying in person at the hearings back in OctoberI’ll take back all the shit I give the NRA on here if they get involved in this mess and make a difference.

Not sure how long you've lived in MA, or if you've ever voted here... the state is practically 100% run by progressive leftist Dims.. They'll do what they want, bicker a bit over details about the size of the dildo they want to ram up your ass, but in the end, bend over and lube up.. because you're getting something shoved up there..
and no amount of complaining, lobbying, calling, emailing, etc is gonna have any f***ing effect on it.. So..

iANAL....lolUgh... The GOAL summary s disingenuous and misleading. I'm not going to defend the addition of all the new people who can red-flag you, but this part is really important:
It's not "basically anyone", it's limited to the same people as before, with the addition of a bunch of heath care people WHO HAVE TREATED YOU WITHIN SIX MONTHS
It's line 176, under the definition of "petitioner".
EDIT:
Also, I can't find anything in current law, the bill, or any of the amendments adding school principals, college administrators, or employers to the list of possible "petitioners" If that's in there somewhere, a reference would be really useful.
EDIT 2:
I'm talking about the SENATE bill, S.2572, not the House bill, HD.4607. The GOAL link above is about the House bill.
Do you dress like a clown too? If you believe that any of this actually matters in this state then you’re as dumb as your name sake wall mounted fish. What a ridiculously naive take.
Anti-gun people view red flag accusations as just a way to enhance gun bans.....see....we never banned guns....just the person.
Massachusetts greatly expanding the prohibited rules to reach back and deny 2A rights is just simply a different version of red flag laws.
It's an insidious perversion of taking away peoples rights and freedoms.....but its what Leftists do.
With a Leftist SCOTUS the Constitution will end.And speaking of the Constitutional civil right to defend your home and family.......
