Maryland AWB case Snope v Brown going to SCOTUS. (Formerly Bianchi v Brown & Bianchi v Frosh)

The court already issued opinions today. They would have issued any orders at the same time.
Orders usually don't get published until the Monday after conference, rarely late evening on that Friday. They've put nothing out for today at all as far as orders go. You could find them here:

Scotus clearly waiting for another 2A case they do grant cert to, make a narrow ruling, then GVR's Snope and OST back down to go thru the same bullshit and another million in legal fees.

This judicial branch is looking like it needs an audit via DOGE.

The problem with the Kick the Can thing is it actually could be either something that they actually beneficial to us or works in their favor in terms of like passing the buck or whatever which is not good for us. There's also a third possibility where they're doing it that way to try to forestall some other things that are in the pipe.

It would be nice if they could communicate this stuff to everyone, so people would know what is going on, and understand. The way they are doing it, it's like a game show or a "reality show", and they are just looking to get attention and "look at me" points.

The Supreme Court is intentionally cryptic on things like this for a reason you don't like put your cards on the table before you're willing to commit to a hand that's why it's that cryptic and that's actually a good thing because the last thing you want is a bunch of media fagots complaining about their potential decision that they're going to make I'd rather be pleasantly surprised then have rulings affected by public backlash.

The order list is out today from SCOTUS and once again, we have no word on either Snope v. Brown or Ocean State Tactical v. Rhode Island, two immensely important cases to use in the 2A sphere. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses what this could mean and what it means to use moving forward. So learn more today and arm yourself with education.

Not exactly related but here's a video from Washington Gun Law talking about an Amicus Brief filed for Anonyuk v. James, a 2A case out of New York. The brief plainly describes the middle finger that the lower courts and lefty states are giving SCOTUS' authority and the danger of allowing it to continue un-abated. I'm not sure if the Justices read every brief but I'm sure the law clerks must. I agree that if SCOTUS does not bitch slap rogue states, courts and judges, they will feel more and more empowered to continue to ignore their authority. Some here feel SCOTUS is playing the long game but the more you kick the can down the road, the greater the opportunity to get run over from behind.
