So, another let-down today? Nothing came out of this yet again?
Should start doing a pool on IF anything will come out and when, and if so, positive or negative.
 
We didn’t expect anything today. The court posts orders on Mondays, not Fridays.

They already kicked it back telling the 4th to reconsider in light of NYSRPA.
And the en banc, pretty much said no thanks.
Scotus can almost take the dissent and rubber stamp it.
