Is a frame of an already approved firearm counted as acceptable on the EOPS side? Nobody knows. It's best not to think about this question in terms of CMR940 because that self nulls on a frame transfer. (@milktree educated us about this in one of the other threads, no need to rehash it here. )

This law has become a shit show. The new training was suspended for 18 months it's ok to use current training and when you renew your LTC or FID if received after 08/01/2024 how will they justify taking away your licence after you have had it for 5-6 years, then dealers can sell long guns ( for how long) no ones knows it maybe for the next ten years if they can't get the roster up and running. This is a total joke just wate for more guidance, gutting this law like transporting firearm through the state by common carrier. They have made stupid laws and now they don't know what to do with them except gut them. The state legislature has over stepped and now they are just looking stupid.

One of the side effects of this law is the loss of revenue to the Div. of Fish and Wildlife. I heard an estimate of over 9 million over the next two years. That will pretty much end the Pheasent Stocking Program.
