My Springfield Armory 1911-A1. It has some gold plated parts done by a previous owner, but I've been wearing that off gradually over the years with time at the range and as a carry pieceI've always said I'd get around to getting those parts stripped and re-blued, but it has shot so nice that I haven't felt the need to hurry it along any... that procrastination has been going on about 8 years now...
so the ocassional yahoo calls it a "pimp gun"... shoots better than half the crap they pull out!

Just put the last piece on my Kimber Pro CDP II. Hogue Coco Bolo grips with finger grooves and Kimber arched MS housing with magwell.
