Ooooooh, that one is especially purty.
Very nice set, does the Kimber run reliably? I keep hearing horror stories about them.
No problems with any of the Kimbers i have. They have proved to be very reliable.

My first 1911... Colt NM on an Essex frame, custom trigger. I have no idea if the internals have been modified, as this was bought second hand and appears to have been someone's personal carry piece, judging by the wear on the front sight and toward the rear of the slide.

the grip on the SW1911sc is a crimson trace laser grip...real nice

I picked this Colt 1911 Gov't Mark IV Series 80 stainless last month off the classifieds. Came with rosewood style VZ grips.
I replaced the grips with walrus jaw bone grips from Boone's Trading.

I love it! My 2 favorite things, cats and Ruger. I got to shoot another member's SR1911 today and absolutely loved it. It will definitely be my first 1911.
