Police respond to report of shooting at pro-Israeli protest in Newton

That headline twists the story. It makes it sound like he shot the guy for being pro-Palestine.
Wright the beginning in the article too it says at a peaceful protest how peaceful could be if you got people lunging at other people for no reason and a shooting.

Reminds me of CNN with their “mostly peaceful protests“ meanwhile on the background, the whole city is burden to the road

Fair fight, that's for boxing matches. Attacked on a street corner you fight to win. You arm yourself for self-protection. You get jumped you also need to be concerned about losing control of your weapon. You have no idea what your attacker wants to do to you, no idea if they are armed, you have no obligation to submit to a potentially fatal beating. Fair fight my ass, save that for TV. You are armed with your God given right to defend your life and property against someone who decides to walk up to you and try to take it from you.

Sure. All good. Let’s just let people attack others.

Why should we expect to defend ourselves?

Call the cops if you are getting attacked. Self help is frowned upon
If you went to an auntyfuh peaceful protest wearing a Trump shirt, what would your threat level assessment be against a group backed by the .gov and protected by the police?

Rhetorical question follows:

Would you just still attend thinking nothing will happen to you, or would you prepare to defend yourself?

My point is I would not go because the likelihood of me having to protect myself rises to stratospheric levels.

I want to spend money on dirtbikes, guns, knives and stuff to bbq, not lawyers to keep my ass out of jail for protecting myself.

Watch the Palitards and Israelitards kill each other on TV, no reason to get involved in silly protests.

They've been doing these pro-Israel protests for a year with no violence. What violence are they known for? Please post sources.
So you are saying that there has not been one attack/violence on a pro Israel protestor by a pro Pali protestor at any of these tard fest gatherings held by either side, ever?

Well said and you are well versed in the judicious use of lethal force.

Shooter needs to be "innocent" which is one of the 5 elements of legal use of lethal force.

If any of the 5 elements are not there - shooter goes to jail.

Shooter provoked the attack and came there armed for a fight.

He did not avoid the situation when approached by the man running toward him.

Avoidance is another element of self defense.

Shooter going to prison.
You are trippin, shooter didn't provoke anything.

Dude it was only 3 on one... if kyle just kicked the guy with the skateboard in the dick... grabbed it throat punched the pedophile and then broke the board over the 3rd guys head...he wouldnt have had to shoot anyone...have you ever even seen a jackie chan movie
If we wasn't there he wouldn't have had to do a thing :)

Instead of enjoying life, he is broke and begging for money while getting sued.

Usually, you’re not on such the wrong side of things. He wasn’t the bitch yelling at the the guy who got shot… his life was in danger. You can’t exactly retreat through a mob. That’s kind of how Rittenhouse got away with it… I don’t even think he had a duty retreat.

Rittenhouse’s biggest failure was showing up in the first place, but he’s allowed to do that. The second biggest fail was getting separated from his group.

How many times have I heard of some guy who took a punch at some schmuck who was robbing his work truck, and the bad guy hit his head and croaked, so the guy defending his property got arrested for murder? At least twice since I moved to this hellhole.

Damn! He has every right to do both! Without anybody's permission! Ain't that a bitch?!
Punching someone and then the person falling down and cracking his head open is going to get you charged in every state in the US.

You have every right to walk through the hood in St Louis wearing a KKK shirt in the middle of the day during a Juneteenth festival, you going to do it?

You have every right being in America and all.

So he has to choose between 1A and 2A? What commie nonsense is this?
He chose emotion over logic, kinda like what you just did.

In rhis siruation, the Palitard made an amotional decision too bymeush the dude who cant protect himself without a gun, he in turn made a logical decision defensing himself..They BOTH made an emotional decision being theee in the first place.

Making decisions based on emotion rather than logic is not communism, its what females do.

Where? It was a general statement, but the guy certainly looked capable enough.

Guys, it’s not lost on me that not everyone can perform basic self defense, but it’s always weird to me that “self-defenders” think that stops at having a burner on their hip.

I assume the guy was just frozen, and if he, or any of the others, had even basic self defense training he would be home watching TV instead of facing a litany of legal bills.

Anywayz…this is a separate topic and I don’t want to thread drift
Sorry, since this thread is about a specific individual I assumed you were speaking specifically.
Agree that if you carry deadly force you should carry an intermediate weapon like pepper spray.

In this specific incident it looks like the vet's back was to the soy boy bitch when he was hit. That's probably what set him off and let him overcome his fear - with the vet's back to him he saw his opportunity.
I agree that you should have some level of fighting skills appropriate to your age/ability so that you know your escalation points from de-escalate to non-lethal and finally deadly force.
The vet had he been face forward would likely been able to at least deflect and then de-escalate with superior numbers
But on the ground, he couldn't be certain when bystanders would intervene and acted accordingly.

How do you think Rittenhouse failed? 🤔 He prevailed in the case against him. He was acquitted of all charges.

I thought the unsuitability was dead in MA? (Bruen?) Regardless, a CWOF was not a death sentence even before that.
Unfortunately the holding in Bruen was that you cannot discriminate based on a particular risk of harm rather than general risk of harm.
Suitability comes from Dicta which while informative is not controlling.
And Mass does nothing for freedom that they are not controlled to do.

This is why I joined NES: not only is everyone here a stud with a supermodel girlfriend, an expert shooter, and a pro Ruckus racer, but we're all pro-level MMA grapplers too.
I'm surprised that Bulliebred didn't come on and tell us that the guy could have just used a... HARD BLOCK to drop him in his tracks. [rofl]

Didn't say that and not what I thought at all. But when I look at that pic I'm wondering why the guy with that arm free was not elbowing ponytail's face in to the point the work needed will put his dentist into a higher tax bracket vs I'm gonna use it to push him off me to take the shot.
Elbows, even punches, thrown from the bottom have nothing behind them. Useless. I'd let someone throw them at me no problem just so they get tired. Even then this would never have happened if that entitled fag didn't think he was allowed to run over and start beating someone because they hurt his feelings.

That's the way I view it. The WI police were told to stand down and allow the domestic terrorists to burn, loot and destroy Kenosha and a group of citizens were there to protect local businesses and the domestic terrorists turned on them. Rittenhouse would have almost certainly been killed that night except he was armed and knew how to use his choice of self defense.

He went broke defending himself against personal lawsuits, unfortunately.
I’ve won ever civil and criminal case I’ve been involved in while it’s best to win. You don’t feel like a winner.

You: "pro Israel protestors often get attacked"

Also you: "pro Israel protestors should not bring any means of self defense"

So essentially it's either a) exercise 1A and risk being attacked, or b) don't exercise 1A.

I've seen enough of your posts over the years to know that you're not stupid so you have to see the disconnect in your logic on this one.
