Thanks I'm gonna have to grab some. Hopefully with this new bullshit law they will still ship these to Massachusetts.
Hummm. Any such thing as preban AR 7.62x39 mags? Probably not.
Never give the state free evidence. IIRC there is no consequences for not blowing like there are for DUI.
You’re missing a point if you don’t blow, you lose your drivers license. What if you have a gun and you don’t blow? There are consequences, first time you refuse to test your Mass DL os immediately suspended for six months
Yes, assuming the person was, well... operating a motor vehicle. Ironically the two CUI cases i am personally aware of did not involve people driving or being in control of an MV. If you were rapped while walking for CUI, a refusal to blow wouldn't mean anything. Then again CUI takes a lot of stupidity to get in trouble.... don't drink while carrying. Or if you do, be extremely responsible about it.There are consequences, first time you refuse to test your Mass DL os immediately suspended for six months
They ship to Ma. I use ASCs and they are perfectly fine. Offered in FDE too which would match your MCX.Thanks I'm gonna have to grab some. Hopefully with this new bullshit law they will still ship these to Massachusetts.

You can still be charged and if there is sufficient evidence like you running your mouth sounding impaired or body cam footage showing you having sever balance issues, a mass jury is likely to convict because gun. You’re missing a point if you don’t blow, you lose your drivers license. This - shut up, don't do a single sobriety test and definitely don't blow if you have had any alcohol.Yes. That’s correct.
I was referring to the new gun law. There are no consequences written into the new gun law for refusing to blow so why would anyone with 1/2 a brain blow?
@GOAL i stay tuned and hope I haven’t missed any updates. Have you posted any?Today we filed papers with the Elections Division to get a ballot question to repeal Chapter 135 going. It's one of several moves being made, in concert with legislative and legal efforts.
Please stay tuned for information on where and how to sign. We are going to need all hands on deck for these multiple fights.

What a hot mess this whole thing is. Ugh.
What about actual WWII vintage M1 Carbines and their 15-round magazines of similar vintage that were possessed in MA on 8/1? I am considering thinning the herd. Also, is the M1 Carbine considered an assault weapon (or whatever moronic term they use) by MA?
The M1 Carbine is exempt, according to the Appendix A in the bill: https://irp.cdn-website.com/7a261750/files/uploaded/Appendix_A.pdf
Well… specifically the Iver Johnson manufactured one. I personally wouldn’t hesitate buying one from a different manufacturer. Actually, I’d stay away from an Iver Johnson one.
For the mags, they would be the same as all other “large capacity feeding devices”
* Need to be made before the 1994 federal ban date
* After 10/23 cannot carry it or use it on land open to the public, and it needs to be unloaded and locked during transport
* After 10/23, can only transfer to an heir

I like your outside the box thinking....So, if I revise my will with a clause like "all of my property shall go to the citizens of Massachusetts" then everyone is a "devisee" and I can transfer and they receive a "large capacity magazine"?
what's the impact of these changes, not the greatest communicator
Obviously, but it will have impact, especially when it comes to affective dates, and I wanted to know what the extent of that impact would be.Seems like an absurd and potentially dangerous stretch to think that this absurdity is going to be dismantled by a lack of funding. The LTC training, sure. The registration requirements, unlikely but there’s a small chance. The new iteration of “assault weapon” interpretation…not a chance.
