There's no mandated registration for glocks or anything else until the magical database exists, which is at least a year away. If they didn't ban private transfers there's nothing effectively blocking you from selling something that's not an AW.

It’s sort of shocking that they went as far they did with this bill/law. They went completely overboard. FR. Yeah, it sucks now, but we might be happy that they did when the dust settles.

I am very frightened now that Kamala is running in place of Biden. There is a good chance that she could be elected as our next president eventhough she is as dumb as a box of rocks. She will get most of the black and brown vote as a progressive because they will be expecting the free shit the progressives hand out, she will get a large part of the suburban woman vote based on her stand on reproductive rights, she will get all the elite vote and she will get all the white privilege guilt vote. This is going to be hard for Trump to beat. As you know only a few states carry the election and those states are stacked up with these voting blocks. Add in the democrats cheet machine/ early vote harvesting and we may be looking at a whole new American order/government.
I am very concerned not only about 2a and gun rights there will be many other things even greater thing to worry about.

But doesn't the August 1st deadline pertain to the grandfathering of assault-style weapons (ASWs)? If I'm not mistaken, once the bill is signed, we should have 90 days before it takes effect. During this 90-day period, the definition of a firearm remains unchanged, so shouldn't it still be possible to transfer a Glock or pistol frame?
