No no... I liked the XPS just fine. It was just a weight issue for me. The T-1 is literally less than half the weight of the XPS. 3.7oz vs 8.8oz.

I mean... I'm not an operator... and don't have to lug the rifle + gear around all day... but still, I guess it made enough of a difference for me to spend the extra $.

The 5+ year constant-on battery life of the Aimpoint is nothing to scoff at either [wink]

If I ever see one, however, I will take photos of it and post them here to see what everyone thinks [laugh]

The carry handle is on there temporarily until I decide on a rear BUIS, probably a troy. I would also like to add an aimpoint at some point.

I went through this entire thread and it could very well be the best thread ever created, you guys are amazing. Some of the nicest rifles I have seen on here, very imppressive, gave me alot of good ideas for mine, thanks for sharing.
 
Hey thanks Hanwei! Yours is just as nice, you can't be too jealous! I ended up getting the Micro after reading your posts. It is light, I don't notice any difference holding the rifle. Hopefully soon I'll be able to sight it in, but it may be after the holidays.
