Restrictions are a thing of the past with the Bruen ruling. Now, you are either qualified and given permission to own, possess, and carry, or you aren't. If you aren't, then you should be calling or hiring one of the more than competent attorneys on this site.

Nothing and nobody will prevent them from dragging their feet for many months if they so desire . . . and some cities/towns do just that!

A friend of mine's 24 year old son just got a LTC in Medford. Based on history, I told him to expect a big runaround,.

It took him 2 weeks to get an appointment.
The appointment was on 11/1.
He got the license on 12/21.

This is a HUUUGGGEEEE improvement.

Does anyone know if there have been any big changes at Medford?
