Don't know how I missed this post but damn that is one nice looking rifle! I'm not a lefty but hope to see you shooting it at Sippican one day when I'm there with my Savage model 10.

Picked up another shooter today and took it to the range.

The gun is a Ruger Redhawk. It started life as a 7 1/2 inch 454.

It ended up as a 2 1/2 inch Super Street Hawk customized by Jack R Huntington of Ca.

Chambered in 454 Causll, 45 lc, 45 win mag and 45 acp. The cylinder was cut to allow moon clips.

The distance to the target was 25 yards.

Looks Sweet.
I have a .308 that I'm working on converting, when I get done with that a 7.62 may be in my future.
I'm slightly (but not really) sad that mine is already converted. I hear you can do it yourself in about 8 man hours time. Sounds like a fun experience.

Have the day off for a long weekend and visited North Shore Firearms to see the collection they picked up that I didn't have a chance to see earlier in the week. Well I found this in a "Box-O-Guns" Mike senior hadn't gone through and priced as yet. This is perfect for my daughter who at 26 is suddenly into plinking!

Where did you order that stock from? Is it significantly longer than the stock stock? At 6' 2" I find the 10/22 a bit small for my frame.

Its slightly longer only due the recoil pad.

Nope not the WWS, would have bought one if I could... Its this rifle

with this barrel.

I have no clue if this is the same one that is on the WWS. I'm just glad to have 22" :) Why cause WHY not;)

That looks to be the WalMart stainless rifle (not carbine) with a 22" bbl.

This was really purchased last month but it doesn't count until there are pictures.

S&W 627 Pro. I've only had it for a couple of weeks and it's already on my will never get rid of list.

That has been on my "to buy" list for some time now. Unfortunately everytime a good deal comes up, its bad timing.

Beautiful gun!
