Help Me Crack This "Safe"- Pew Pew Inside

W

Wait, did the ball pen trick not work? Works well on suitcases.

Or was there another, smaller locked bag/box without zippers, inside the bank bag?

Waiting for pictures again! 🤣
LOL the zipper tab was not securely locked so the bank bag was easy to open.

But what do I do now? This one has me stumped. Will the feds come knocking if I cut this open?

Whatever is in there is no bigger than a Derringer.

NES: Any bets on the value of the contents?

Keep the bag as a souvenir. Don’t open it unless you’re a fan of Pandora’s Box stuff. Even if it was from the S&L era, you’d still get some .gov visitors for sure.

Also, don’t tell anyone about this. 🤣

@Mountain repair the lock. print out that pic of geraldo and put it in a manila envelope. Put a small bottle of whiskey in a padded box. Leave a note inside with a burner email or phone on it. Bring it back to the dump with the stuff inside, lock and leave it. "Pay it forward". 🤣 see what happens.... 🤣

I'm too much of a 'flint to dump a $200 safe when lonely rifles can cohabitate within it.

THIS IS BULLSHIT
LOL looks like I've messed with the forum enough.

I lost patience with the jigglers after a little more than 4 minutes. Lots of helpful suggestions here but vise grips did the trick.

Drum roll please...

Mostly silver coins in the bank bag. Approx $20 face value, so đź–•to anyone suggesting cut it open, blow it open, etc. LOL. [rofl]

If all 90% for that $20 face you’re looking at about $450. Not a bad haul!

2 bright sides here...1) you got more out of it than the fabled capone safe 2) the bank bag could be worth more than the cash, depends on what's printed on it. isn't a vintage carson city mint bag maybe, is it?

White bag is Fed San Francisco. Blue is just some private bank.
